Effective September 30, 2003, the name of the fund was changed from The First Asia Income Fund. Prior to May 14, 1998, units of First Asia Income Fund traded as instalment receipts. On that date, holders were required to make a final installment payment of $4.00 per unit. If instalment receipts were held on May 14, 1998, enter a purchase of ZERO units for a settlement amount of $4.00 for each instalment receipt held, with a settlement date of May 14, 1998.
