Name Change and Unit Consolidation:

Effective August 2, 2005, the fund was reorganized, the name of the fund was changed to Top 10 Canadian Financial Trust, and units of the former trust, Mulvihill Summit Digital World Trust, were consolidated on the basis of one new unit of Top 10 Canadian Financial Trust for five old Mulvihill Summit Digital World Trust units.
