Instalment Receipt Details:

Prior to November 12, 1998 these units traded as installment receipts. If units held upon disposition originally were purchased as installment receipts, enter the purchase information for the installment receipts. On November 12, 1998, holders were required to make a final installment payment of $12.50 per unit. If the installment receipts were held as of that date, enter a purchase of zero units for a settlement amount of $12.50 for each installment receipt held, with a settlement date of November 12, 1998.
