Effective December 31, 2005, Brompton VIP Income Fund merged with Brompton MVP Income Fund. Brompton VIP Income Fund is the surviving fund. Brompton MVP Income Fund holders received in exchange, 1.07245 units of Brompton VIP Income Fund for each unit of Brompton MVP Income Fund previously held.
