Merger Details

Effective March 15, 2002, KMS Power merged with Algonquin Power Income Fund. Algonquin Power Income Fund was the surviving company. Unitholders of KMS Power Income Fund received 0.7428 units of Algonquin Power Income Fund for each unit of KMS Power Income Fund held.
