Merger Details

Effective May 29, 2002, NCE Energy Trust merged with NCE Petrofund. NCE Petrofund was the surviving company. Unitholders of NCE Energy Trust received 0.2325 units of NCE Petrofund for each unit of NCE Energy Trust held.
