Instalment Receipt

Prior to January 6, 1999, these units traded as instalment receipts. On that date, holders were required to make a final payment of $4 per unit. If instalment receipts were held on January 6, 1999, enter a purchase of ZERO units for a settlement amount of $4.00 for each instalment receipt held with a settlement date of January 9, 1999.
