Instalment Receipt

Prior to June 25, 1998, these units traded as instalment receipts. On that date, holders were required to make a final payment of $4 per unit. If instalment receipts were held on June 25, 1998, enter a purchase of ZERO units for a settlement amount of $4.00 for each instalment receipt held with a settlement date of June 25, 1998. Note: It was possible to own fully paid units as early as May 20, 1998, due to listing resulting from exercise of Special Warrants.
