Between August 28, 1997 and September 4, 1998, these units traded as instalment receipts in addition to trading as the fully paid units that were first listed on October 1, 1996. On September 4, 1998, holders of the instalment receipts were required to make a final payment of $6.90 per unit. If instalment receipts were held on September 4, 1998, enter a purchase of ZERO units for a settlement amount of $6.90 for each instalment receipt held with a settlement date of September 4, 1998.
