Merger Details

Effective May 10th, 2006 Target Income Fund merged with Tutorial Income Fund II. Tutorial Income Fund II is the surviving fund. Target Income Fund holders received in exchange, 1.5 units of Tutorial Income Fund II for each unit of Target Income Fund previously held.
