Merger Details:

Effective September 28, 2007, YIELDPLUS Income Fund merged with the four funds listed below, with YIELDPLUS Income Fund being the surviving fund. Holders of the following four funds received units of YIELDPLUS Income Fund in exchange for each unit previously held on the following basis: CORE Income Plus Fund: 0.75597249 units; MAXIN Income Fund: 1.20015552 units; PATHFINDER Income Fund: 1.19618902 units; MG Dividend & Income Fund: 0.64565196 units.
