Unit Distribution

The December 2009 distribution payable to unitholders of record on December 18, 2009 included a distribution of 0.0257 units per unit held. The ACB of the distributed units is deemed to be $2.499 and these units should be entered as a buy when performing an ACB calculation with a settlement date after December 18, 2009. Fractional units were paid in cash.
