Conversion to Open-End Fund Details:

Effective March 2, 2009, Front Street Performance Fund II converted from a closed-end fund to an open-end mutual fund. Units of the fund were converted to Front Street Canadian Equity Fund. This was a taxable event, and the cost of units of Front Street Canadian Equity Fund received were their fair market value at the time of receipt.
