Effective August 27, 2010, Excel India Trust merged with open-end fund Excel India Fund. Units of Excel India Trust were converted to 0.365848 units of Excel India Fund. The merger was effected on a taxable basis, with proceeds of disposition for Excel India Trust unitholders of $8.7615 per unit.
