Unit Distribution

Carfinco Income Fund unitholders of record on December 20, 2010, received a trust unit distribution of 0.02549 units per unit held, for a value of $0.19 per unit. Fractional units were paid in cash. The ACB of the units received is estimated to be $7.454 per unit, and should be entered as a purchase with a settlement date of December 20, 2010.
