2010 Distributions

From January to November inclusive, FP Newspapers Income Fund allocated taxable income that was greater than the distribution. This negative amount increases the ACB of the unitholder for that period. In order to make this adjustment, we have categorized these negative amounts as Phantom Distributions, although no units were distributed and no post distribution consolidation took place.
