ACB Calculations resulting in fractional shares.

When a calculation is performed on Western Energy Services Corp (Pantera Drilling Income Trust) involving a disposition date after December 17, 2010, there may be either a short or long position of fractional shares of Western Energy Services remaining. This is unavoidable because of the number of shares of Western received for each unit of Pantera resulting from the corporate conversion.
