Effective February 2, 2011 Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income Fund merged with Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income & Growth Fund. Pursuant to the merger, each Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income Fund holder received 0.398816 units of Connor, Clark & Lunn Conservative Income & Growth Fund. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
