Conversion to Open-End Fund

Effective December 1, 2011 O'Leary Canadian Equity Income Fund converted into an open-end mutual fund of the same name. Immediately following conversion, the fund was merged into O'Leary Canadian Income Opportunities Fund which was also converted into an open-end mutual fund . The reorganization was done on a tax-deferred basis.
