Name Change Details:

Effective May 30, 2011 the fund changed its name from Lazard Global Convertible Bond Fund to Aston Hill Global Convertible Bond Fund. If your sale is prior to May 30, 2011 perform your calculation in the Lazard Global Convertible Bond Fund. If you sale is subsequent to that date, perform your calculation in the Aston Hill Global Convertible Bond Fund.
