Merger Details:

Effective December 22, 2011 COMPASS Income Fund merged with GMIncome & Growth Fund, with COMPASS Income Fund the continuing fund. Each GMIncome & Growth Fund holder received 0.86725467 units of COMPASS Income Fund for each unit of GMIncome & Growth Fund previously held. The merger was effected on a tax-deferred basis.
